MARIA ELENA PSILIS, ESQ.

As a young attorney, Ms. Psilis is excited to begin her legal career with THE KIENBAUM LAW GROUP, P.C. Ms. Psilis focused her legal studies in employment and labor law, with an emphasis on employee benefits and health care. Ms. Psilis is well versed on the new Federal health care legislation, and uses that knowledge to advise employers on their obligations to their employees, and working for individuals' new rights under the law. In addition to her legal skills, Ms. Psilis is fluent in Greek.

In 2007, Ms. Psilis graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Law and Society. In 2010, she received her Juris Doctorate from American University-Washington College of Law in Washington D.C. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Ms. Psilis is also a member of the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Detroit Chapter of the Hellenic Bar Association.
